Purpose: Zowe V2 LTS:  Update for Extenders.  Wrap up and summary for all components

Desired Attendees: All vendors who have extended Zowe v1 and want to learn about Zowe v2 conformance changes.   

This is a wrap up and summary for all components:  CLI, APIML, Zowe Explorer, Zowe App Framework (aka Zowe Desktop) and also updates from the systems squad affecting Zowe v2 installation and configuration changes
