Final logo chosen by community
Zowe Community, As you saw, there was a vote held within the community to choose the new logo for the Zowe project. This vote closed Thursday at 11:59pm ET - apologizes for the delay in getting these response out. The overwhelming winner ( 2-1 margin over any other choice was... )  We will work on getting multiple versions of this logo today, and will upload them to the artwork repo ( https://github.com/openmainframeproject/artwork/blob/master/examples/active.md#zowe-logos ) Thank you, John Mertic Director of Program Management - Linux Foundation ASWF, ODPi, and Open Mainframe Project

Zowe Committers, My sincerest apologies for the delay, as it took longer than expected to confirm the field of nominees. We have had 6 nominees come forward: 2 year terms Sean Grady Mark Ackert Joe Winchester 1 year terms Peter Fandel Bruce Armstrong Sujay Solomon Matt Hogstrom was also nominated, but he declined the nomination. Since we have the exact number nominees for available seats, I ask the Zowe Committers to provide a +1 to make this official. The new ZLC members will formally start their term at the February 26, 2020 ZLC meeting.
