Nomination of Peter Fandel for ZLC

I'd like to nominate
Peter Fandel for ZLC. Peter has been active in the ZLC for the last couple
months as proxy for JP who could not attend. Peter has become focal point
for "all things Zowe" from his team. He's been active in the
ZLC and helps us shape the LTS policy we are about to publish.
