• About 15 people attended the Friday session
• A discussion about using Feilong to provision 2nd level z/VM

• Len will be attending
• Mike will present a 30 minute Feilong session on Wednesday

Using Feilong to provision 2nd level z/VM

• Rui mentioned a POC that showed Feilong provisioning z/OS
  • A automation script was used to complete the z/OS install
• Martha at Marist is doing some tests using CIC

VM Secure and Feilong

• Hongjie was able to setup Feilong
  • Verified that smcli is working
  • Had an issue where his system has no FCP and Feilong does an FCP check
    • Hongjie made a code change to get it working but will look at config file
  • Has not setup web server so unable to try RESTful API
    • Hongjie feels that web server adds complexity and too many layers
      • Java might be better
      • Rui said that java could be used
• Hongjie offered in a future call to demonstrate VM Secure with ideas how Feilong could be integrated
