- Agree on how we will make decisions as a team 
- Discuss the roadmap for adding features - documented partly in the change log https://github.com/neopragma/cobol-check/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md, and also suggested here https://github.com/neopragma/cobol-check/wiki/Common-Test-Case-Patterns. This is only a first attempt at a roadmap. We can change it.
- Discuss Mock implementation ideas, especially from Rune and Alex
